  • Enter as many times as you like.

  • To submit a valid entry you must:

    • Follow Kawayan Hostel on either Facebook, Instagram or TikTok.

    • Tag one or more other users in the comments section of the social media post, by Kawayan Hostel advertising this giveaway on either Facebook, Instagram or TikTok.

    • Subscribe by completing the Subscribe form located on this website page.

  • Availability:

    • Giveaway winners are required to attend all days and all events on our itinerary on, including, and during the dates of Saturday 28th of October 2023 (commencement) until Tuesday 31st of October 2023 (conclusion).

    • You must arrive at Kawayan Hostel by no later than 3pm on Saturday 28th of October and you must stay until 10am on Tuesday 31st of October 2023.

  • Media Participation Terms:

    • Our events, tours and accommodation interactions with you will be filmed and photographed and will be used by us for promotional purposes.

    • Copyrights of all media produced during your stay belong to Kawayan Hostel in perpetuity.

    • We retain the right to use all media for any promotional or illustrative purposes.

    • We will not use your image to for negative, explicit or intentionally damaging purposes.

    • Kawayan Hostel is not required to share any media with you.

  • Inclusions. The following items are included as part of the giveaway:

    • Accommodation in a private room at Kawayan Hostel, including;

      • a double bed,

      • air-conditioning,

      • private hot and cold shower and bathroom,

      • free wifi,

      • pull-out additional bed upon request, and subject to availability.

    • x2 day tours;

      • ‘Island Hopping Tour’,

      • ‘Land Explorer Tour’.

        • Both tours include transport, relevant tickets and lunch.

    • Transfers from Siargao airport or any accessible Siargao Island seaports via vehicle, directly to Kawayan Hostel.

    • Attendance at our official events;

      • Welcome Drinks

      • Launch Dinner

      • Farewell Breakfast.

  • Exclusions. The following items are excluded from the giveaway:

    • Flights/transport to Siargao Island,

    • Travel insurance and/or indemnity insurance and/or damage or injury to you, your guest or any of your items,

    • Personal expenses,

    • Meals and drinks outside of our x2 day tours and official events listed in Inclusions.

  • Providers:

    • Kawayan Hostel is the official host of the giveaway.

    • Kawayan hostel may hire contractors or other providers to facilitate Inclusions.

  • Winners:

    • Winners will be picked by Kawayan Hostel and notified with at least 20 days notice prior to the giveaway commencement date.

    • Winners will be awarded a ‘plus one’ which allows them to bring one other person with them for the entirety of their stay during the giveaway. The plus one is entitled to the exact same Inclusions and Exclusions as the Winner.

    • Kawayan Hostel will attempt to, but are not required to, provide and special requests you may make.

  • Other:

    • Additional Terms & Conditions may be added at any time prior to giveaway commencement date.

    • A complete itinerary will be provided to all Winners and their Plus Ones prior to giveaway commencement date.

    • Entries close 20 days prior to giveaway commencement date at 5pm.
